This is the tragic story of Kelsey Briggs. Kelsey was a victim of physical abuse propounded upon her by her stepfather, Michael Lee Porter. She was less than three years old when she died. Since her father was a soldier in Iraq, he was forced to say goodbye to his only child after she was buried. Michael Lee Porter was sentenced to 30 years in prison for child abuse and her mother was sentenced to 27 years in prison for enabling child abuse.
